Once these steps are completed, go to the Phone Link app on your PC and follow the setup process to establish a new link. Select Back to return to Windows Settings Home, and then select Apps.
Select Start (or press the Windows logo key on your keyboard), then select Settings > Phone > Unlink this PC. For each, select Show details > More actions and then Unlink this phone. You’ll be presented with a list of all your connected devices. Tap Force Stop and confirm when prompted. Go to your Settings > Apps (or Apps & Notifications on some devices) > Link to Windows. If this doesn't work, you'll need to reset your apps on both devices.
